R&S®SMx-K5 PC Software
Software for generating signals according to Bluetooth® with the Vector Signal Generators R&S® SMU200A, R&S® SMATE200A, R&S® SMJ100A and R&S® SMIQ
Features
- The Bluetooth signal can be generated using the following packet types: DH1, DH3, DH5, AUX1.
- Additional data whitening can be activated in order to decrease DC bias and randomize the data from redundant pattern.
- The sync word in the access part of the packet is calculated from the Bluetooth Device Address (BD_ADDR). The BD_ADDR can be freely selected. The header part contains active member adress (AM_ADDR), packet information and the calculated header error correction (HEC). The header flags FLOW, ARQN and SEQN can be freely selected.
- Predefined (PRBS) or user data sources can be chosen as payload data in the payload field of the Bluetooth packet. CRC correction is calculated automatically.
- Powerramping is adjustable and ramping type can be set as well as ramp time and rise/fall offsets.
- The R&S SMx-K5 software calculates the appropriate signal and transmits the Bluetooth packets as data and control lists to the R&S SMU200A, R&S SMATE200A, R&S SMJ100A or R&S SMIQ. Modulation and Filter parameters of the Bluetooth standard are set automatically.
